1st Course

Duck confit tartine | cranberry caramelized onion, crushed hazelnut, blood orange salad
Manchego bread pudding | marcona almond, radicchio and arugula salad, quince vinaigrette
Burrata | savory granola, hardwood honey, shaved fennel, crostini


2nd Course

Baby greens salad | candied walnut, oranges, maple cider vinaigrette, dried cranberries
Endive salad | Cambozola blue cheese, pecan vinaigrette, apples, basil
Panzanella salad | crouton, red wine vinaigrette, local salumi, cucumber, roasted brussel sprouts


3rd Course

Chicken thigh | truffle bolognese, creamed spinach, roasted marble potatoes
Pork tenderloin| smoked swiss polenta, bacon braised kale, local mustard vinaigrette
Grilled ribeye | potato and short rib hash, cabernet demi-glace, crispy onion


4th Course

Brownie crunch cake | salted caramel buttercream, chocolate malt sauce
Brown sugar and almond blondie| bourbon blood orange ganache, candied almond, whipped cream
Butterscotch oatmeal cream pie | vanilla bourbon buttercream
