Advance Reservations

Call hotel Guest Services or Dolce Hotels & Resorts at 855-200-3002. You can also visit Dolce Hotels’ reservation website at www.dolce.com.

Baggage Service/Checkroom

Call Guest Services for baggage handling, storing your luggage or arrangement of airport services.

Our Business Center is available 24 hours a day. Visit Guest Services for assistance.

Checkout Procedure

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If your departure does not coincide with checkout, please contact Guest Services for special arrangements.

Credit

Credit may be established at time of arrival by presentation of the following credit cards with valid picture identification: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Advance payment in cash for accommodations does not establish charging privileges with the hotel. Guests on a cash basis may not charge incidentals to their account.

Debit Cards

If the debit/credit card you are using at check-in is attached to a bank or checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals through your checkout, and such funds will not be released for 72 hours from the date of your checkout or longer at the discretion of your financial institution.

Dry Cleaning / Valet Service

Same-day service offered Monday through Saturday before 8:30 AM with delivery to your room before 6:00 PM. Contact Guest Services for pick up before 8:30 AM.

Emergency Services / Exits

If you need the police or have a medical emergency, please dial 911. Hotel personnel will be notified immediately. Fire exits are located at each end of the corridor. Please see fire evacuation information on the back of your guest room door.

Fitness Center at The Alexander

For state-of-the-art exercise equipment, two treatment rooms and spa services, the fitness center is located on level three.

Gift Shop / Indianapolis Museum of Art

Art & Supply, The Alexander's gift shop, offers a wide variety of gift items through the Indianapolis Museum of Art.

Package Handling Fees

We do accept incoming packages delivered to the hotel during your stay and prior to your arrival. A package handling fee will be charged to your guestroom upon receipt of the package. Packages that are 30 lbs or under will be charged $5.00 per item, packages 31 lbs-74 lbs will be charged $10.00 per item and packages 75 lbs or more will be charged $15 per item. We do also accept full pallets for a fee of $75 per pallet. 

Pet Policy

The Alexander is a dog friendly hotel. We allow dogs only in our Extended Stay rooms which must be 50 lbs or less. There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $25 due at check-in. Pets must be declared upon check-in and the pet agreement must be turned into the front desk.

If you wish to travel with your pet, but need to have them boarded, below is a local Kennel.
